Welcome to Canuck Engineering

Myself as well as Canuck Engineering will probably be moving out of Johnstown by the end of the year (hopefully before Nov). I want to wait until Sept. before my house goes on the market. I should have the house ready to sell by then.

I am already looking for reasonably priced shop space in the Fort Collins area for Canuck Engineering. 500 heated sq ft. for approx. $300 - $400 would be ideal. I can't afford a house in FC with space for a shop. I will try and find cheap rent or buy a small condo, maybe get a roomate.

The main reasons for selling are divorce, cost of gas, 25 mile commute to work, bad HOA experience, and I would like to invest more money into my Canuck Engineering adventure. Right now with house, gas, truck, and exwife payment I have very little left over to live on, let alone invest into Canuck Engineering. It's been a stressful summer financially and I'm getting really worn out.

Canuck Engineering has come along way in the past 2 years. The website is up and getting stronger every day. I have approx. 35 different items in the web store with a few more coming very soon. Sales are increasing slowly. Last month I actually made a small profit.

But I'm sad to say that without more investment so I can broading my product offerings, I don't think it can be a profitable business in the long term. Don't worry, I'm not willing to thow in the towel just yet and very much want this venture to become successful. I've come to the conclusion that I can't afford to continue on and expand without making some big changes. The first of these changes will be selling out in Johnstown and moving closer to work.
