UPS - Never Again!

Recently I had a customer in Canada place and order and request UPS as the shipping choice.

Their online quote system quoted a $14.30 charge to ship and $30 order of 5x Switch jack wire harnesses.

The customer paid for the order. I packaged up the parts in a bubble mailer, filled out all the online paperwork, included an invoice, and filled out all the customs junk. Of course the package costs over $17 in reality, so I eat the diffference and ship it out.

I then get a call from UPS customer service yesterday that the customer received the package but refused to pay the 'duty' charges and they want to know what they should do with the package.
